At Precision Disc Grinding we offer Feed-Thru Disc Grinding, Rotary Disc Grinding, Paddle / Reciprocating Grinding and Bar Grinding options, allowing us to handle almost any configuration of parts. Precision grinding, ultra fine grinding, and blanchard grinding are all handled with ease. “Through feed grinding” or “pass through” Double Disc Grinders simultaneously grind both sides of your part to exact dimensions for thickness, flatness and parallelism to .0002”. Our in-house lapping department can achieve a 2 micro finish. Flat material can be ground on both sides with our double disc grinders, from .010 to 3” thick, by 5” width, by 144” in length. Flat Rounds, Discs & Rings can be ground up to 30” diameter, or 30” by 30” rectangles and squares (Capacity to 900 sq. in.), achieving a 64 or 32 micro finish. Our Bar Grinder capabilities allow the grinding of round (rod), square & rectangle (bar) stock up to 20’ length, into rectangles and squares and maintain parallelism within .002. Our ultra fine grinding and aluminum grinding operations can handle even the toughest precision grinding applications.
